Security and SPAM Protection

Email and data is protected by providing SSL encryption for secure access, gateway and server-side multi layer virus and spam protection, daily backups and more.

All email is relayed through our Anti-SPAM/Malware gateway and only clean email is delivered to the mail server.

Individual email accounts are configured with basic security in order to provide easy, flexible operation with the tools required to increase security and protection if required. Security settings for multi-level spam and content filtering can be increased for specific email accounts (Ex.: sales@yourdomain.com) in order to ensure better protection.

Share Data

Share your calendar, contacts, notes, tasks, inbox and folders with anyone you specify. You can grant access to user(s) or group(s) in your organization and specify the access level required.

The company Global Address List (GAL) contains mail accounts for the domain and is a shared resource available to all users. The GAL can be managed by the domain administrator in order to select which accounts are listed or hidden from the GAL.

Synchronize Data

Synchronize your calendar, contacts, notes and tasks with Microsoft Outlook and/or your wireless Windows Mobile or PocketPC device. Data is centrally stored on the mail server and can be accessed using any supported Internet browser.

Synchronizing Outlook ensures all information is stored and updated on both the server and Outlook client. Windows Mobile or PocketPC can also be synchronized.
